- If the product is successfully intercepted before customs clearance, a refund is available, but a $100 handling fee will be charged.
- If the product cannot be intercepted, no refund is available.
After product receipt
- If there are any missing or mis-delivered accessories, we will replace them free of charge.
- If the product is damaged due to rough transportation, we will actively file a claim with the logistics carrier and refund the compensation.
- If there are serious quality issues, we offer a return and refund service. Customers need return the product to our overseas warehouse. A refund will be arranged within 7 business days of successful receipt.
