Return & Refund
Before product shipment
Full refunds are available.
After product shipment
- If the product is successfully intercepted, a refund is available, but a handling fee will be charged according to different photo booth.
- If the product cannot be intercepted, no refund is available.
After product receipt
- If there are any missing or mis-delivered accessories, we will replace them free of charge.
- If the product is damaged due to rough transportation, we will actively file a claim with the logistics carrier and refund the compensation.
- If there are serious quality issues, we offer a return and refund service. Customers need return the product to our overseas warehouse. A refund will be arranged within 7 business days of successful receipt.
Non-Returnable Items.
- Special offers or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Customized products are non-refundable.
- Customer caused damage/loss is non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- We will send you an email to confirm the delivery address within one business day of receiving your order message. If you contact us in time after purchase and your package has not been shipped, we can cancel the order before the goods are shipped. A full refund will be issued.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
Product Damage
If any part is damaged during shipping or any defect is found during installation, we will replace the part free of charge. However, damage/lost caused by the customer is not refundable.
